Order and Delivery Policy

Home delivery is available in selected areas of Qatar, including Doha, Al Daayen, Umm Salal, Al Rayyan, The Pearl, Lusail, and West Bay.

All delivery addresses will be verified prior to dispatch. In cases where the address is located in a non-serviceable area (such as restricted industrial plants, military bases, oil rigs, or permit-required zones), our logistics team will contact the customer to arrange an alternate delivery address.

A delivery fee of QAR 10 applies to orders below QAR 200. Orders above QAR 200, as well as first-time orders, qualify for free delivery.
