- The mangosteen has the peculiarity of not being cooked, as soon as its fruits are exposed to too much heat, they lose all their taste, becoming insipid.
- This fruit is therefore eaten exclusively fresh.
- So you can cook it in a salad, sorbet, juice or cocktail, to make a juice or a cocktail, remember to remove the 2 or 3 seeds contained in the arils.
