Current lead time for order processing is 24 Hours

For orders containing Fresh Fish/Meats/Seafood etc in Friday Delivery slots, delivery will be subject to availability and may be postponed to the next day.

Home delivery is available for select areas in Qatar such as Doha, Al Daayen, Umm Salal, Al Rayyan, The Pearl, Lusail, and Westbay etc.

Buyer's shipping address/delivery location will be verified before starting the delivery process. In the event of orders placed from non-serviceable areas (such as inside restricted industrial plants, military base, oil rigs, access permit required area, etc.) our logistic service providers or  delivery teams   will call the customers to provide an alternate shipping address.
